To quickly access a program or file, add a shortcut to it in the Quick Launch portion of your Windows taskbar. (This is the part of the taskbar that is closest to the Start button.) Here’s how:
Right-click an empty area on the taskbar, click Toolbars, and then make sure that Quick Launch is selected (if there’s a checkmark next to it, good — if not, click it).
Drag any program or file you like onto the Quick Launch portion of the taskbar.
You will then be able to single-click the icon to open that program or file.
